10. A map of AWE for when you feel lost

An encouragement talk and guide you can use when you feel lost or stuck with how to nurture your relationship with nature

In this encouragement talk episode I share with you my map of AWE as a guide to help you when you are feeling lost or stuck in terms of your relationship with nature. I take you through the three qualities:

  1. 🌱 Awareness to start noticing and deepening your love with the beings around you.

  2. 💫 Wonder to ignite curiosity for the more-than-human world and creativity to respond to what you experience.

  3. 🍄 Entwine (embody) as you enmesh your life with that of the land around you.

Let me know in the comments what you think of the map. Has it helped you feel less stuck or overwhelmed? Would you like me to elaborate on any of the qualities I mention?
