It takes me a while for my thoughts and feelings around guiding words of the year (I call them my North Star words) to coalesce. They usually come together before the Spring Equinox, as they did this year, and I wanted to share how the stars and the willow tree helped to guide them.
In this episode I cover:
My 2024 highs and lows, including losing confidence in my decision-making and deprioritising taking care of my body
How nature (and my first ever oracle deck!) helped inform my words of the year
How I support my words of the year with images and a talisman
What ‘honouring my precious life’ means practically on a day-to-day basis and how words of the year can help you create and enjoy your life
Do you have words for the year? If so, how do you find your words and images that guide your year? Do you also take inspiration and lessons from nature? Let me know in comments.
